The BioRICS Horse Trainer
 The BioRICS Horse Trainer has specifically been developed as a tool to optimize the race horse’s training schemes, with the objective to reduce training time necessary to reach condition improvement without increase of injury risk.
The methodology is based on real-time measurements of specific biological responses (bio-responses) of the horse’s body, based on which accurate predictions of the horse’s response to training schemes can be made.
 The BioRICS on-line monitoring and control concept consists of three steps :
- Measuring in real-time, giving feedback of the central process parts
- Modelling the data by using BioRICS algorithms, allowing for accurate prediction of the relation between training input and performance output, at any moment
- Model-based controlling to obtain the desired output in a different way.
